Dr. Daniel Cohen
Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Dr. Dan Cohen has called Utah home since 2012 when he moved cross-country to pursue a dentistry career at Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan. After graduating top of his class, Dr. Cohen spent six months in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program (AEGD) at Roseman, where he focused on endodontics, implant surgery and cosmetics.
During this time, Utah captured his heart, awakened his adventurous spirit, and rewrote his original plan of returning to the East Coast. Now residing in Cottonwood Heights and practicing in Millcreek, Dr. Cohen is passionate about serving the local community and delivering a personalized experience to each of his patients. In recent years he has extended care delivery beyond the walls of his office to underserved communities in Guatemala, where he has partnered with Healing Nations (Draper, UT) to provide for the dental needs of a small, isolated community.
When not at work, you can find Dr. Cohen on his mountain bike, camping in the red rock wonders of Southern Utah, or serving in his local church community. If your dental visit isn’t enough quality time with Dr. Cohen, feel free to invite him on a hike!
Tami
Dental Hygienist
Tami received her AAS in Dental Hygiene from Salt Lake Community College in 2015 and a BS in Health Education and Promotion from Utah State University in 2020. More recently, she has also completed a Masters of Public Health with an emphasis on Health Education and Promotion. Tami has a passion for oral health and its effect on whole body wellness, as well as promoting better access to oral wellness to under-served populations.
When not caring for our wonderful patients, Tami loves spending time with her husband, three children and their spouses. She enjoys gardening, reading a good mystery, TRX and High Fitness, and going to the movies. Her quick laugh, welcoming smile and non-judgmental attitude make even the most “dental-shy” patient instantly at ease.
